Are cowboy boots supposed to be comfortable out of the box?

Good boots should feel supportive immediately, but may feel a bit stiff or tight out of the box. The leather will soften up and mold to your foot over time, which will improve the comfort with each wear. After about ~10 wears, they should feel like they were made for your feet.
