What if my boot is making a creaking/crinkling sound?

Creaking, squeaking, and crinkling can occur when the footbed of the boot has absorbed moisture. To remedy this, simply remove your insoles and apply a bit of Talcum powder to the footbed before leaving them to dry out overnight!

If you regularly wear your boots in high humidity or high moisture environments, we recommend taking the insoles out and letting your boots dry overnight on a daily/regular basis! This will greatly prolong the life of your boots and help keep 'em in tip-top shape.
