How do I care for my Chisos boots?

Your Chisos boots will last decades with appropriate attention; this includes the Chisos exotic line (Texas Alligator and Ostrich)! The vamp (leather surrounding the foot) and leather shaft require only minimal care. Condition this leather about once every three months!

You can use any leather conditioner made for finished leathers. Of course, the one we sell is the one we recommend! If you use another brand, make sure to test it on an area you can easily hide in case it causes discoloration.

Roughout boots don't need to be conditioned like finished leather, and they benefit from the natural oils you pass on to it while wearing. Give it a light brushing to remove dirt, and you're good to go!
