What if the boot I want is out of stock?

If the size you need is out of stock, the best way to find out it is back is to sign up for the back-in-stock notification! You can click the size you need and hit the notification button. This will allow you to sign up either with an email or phone number. Let us know at howdy@chisos.com if this gives you any issues.

How does our back-in-stock notification system work?

Customers are alerted in the order that they sign up for the alert. So if we have 95 people on the waitlist for a particular size and we add ten units of that size, the ten oldest registrations get notified first. Those ten people have a finite amount of time to make a purchase decision and then another set of people get notified. If you are not alerted because they go out of stock again it moves you up in the notification list for the next release.
